ABOUT THE AWARDS
The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards celebrate and recognise the exceptional contributions of individuals and organisations dedicated to enhancing workplace wellbeing across the UK. Launched by GRC World Forums and Wellity Global, the awards aim to spotlight those positively impacting the mental and physical health of the British workforce.
Award Categories
There are several categories including Excellence for both Male and Female Health Advocates, Wellbeing Service Provider, Best DE&I Initiative, Lifetime to Wellbeing, plus many more. Each category highlights different aspects of workplace wellbeing, from leadership and advocacy to team initiatives and individual contributions
Event Details
The 2025 awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 20th March 2025 at Grosvenor House, Central London. Tickets will become available to purhcase once shortlisting has been announced.
Judging Panel
The awards are judged by a panel of experts in the field of workplace wellbeing, ensuring that the winners are truly exemplary in their efforts and impact. Past judges have included leaders from diverse industries and roles.

Cost of Poor Mental Health
Poor mental health among employees costs UK employers approximately £51 billion per year. This includes costs related to absenteeism, presenteeism (where employees are at work but not fully productive), and staff turnover. Although this is a decrease from £56 billion in 2021, it remains a significant financial burden
Prevalence of Stress
In the UK, 76% of professionals report experiencing moderate to high levels of stress, with 35% stating that this stress negatively impacts their wellbeing and productivity at work
Perception Gap in Wellbeing Efforts
There is a significant gap between how leaders and employees perceive wellbeing initiatives. While 96% of CEOs believe they are doing enough for workforce wellbeing, only 69% of employees agree. This highlights a disconnect in the effectiveness of current wellbeing strategies
