    The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2025 Shortlist Announced: Recognising Excellence in Employee Wellbeing Across the UK!

    The wait is over! The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards (GBWWA) is thrilled to unveil the much-anticipated shortlist for 2025, shining a spotlight on the businesses, teams, and individuals leading the charge in workplace wellbeing.

    Now in its fourth year, The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards continues to champion the pioneers redefining workplace culture, setting new standards for employee happiness, resilience, and mental health support. With pride, the 2025 shortlist reflects an incredible array of initiatives, from trailblazing SMEs to industry-leading corporations, all united by one mission: to make the workplace a better place for everyone.

    This year’s shortlist spans a magnificent 30 categories, showcasing the diverse and innovative approaches that organisations are taking to embed wellbeing into their ethos. Whether it’s a commitment to mental health resources, fostering a culture of inclusivity, or promoting work-life harmony, the finalists have set benchmarks that inspire and elevate others.

    What’s New for 2025?


    New for 2025, this year’s awards introduce the Most Inspiring Leadership Visionary, celebrating those who have transformed leadership into a tool for wellbeing. Highlighting the progression of digital wellbeing, we also welcome the award category, Wellbeing App/Platform of the Year.


    The winners will be revealed at a glittering ceremony on Thursday 20th March 2025, hosted at the iconic Grosvenor House, Central London, where leaders and innovators from across industries will come together to celebrate these outstanding achievements.
