Passionate about health & wellbeing, engagement and equality within the workplace. People are the heart of an organisation and therefore it is my aim to ensure they feel heard, valued and respected. 

Having struggled with my own wellbeing for many years, I understand how impactful the workplace can have on someone, both positive & negative. 

I’m dedicated to making my organisation a safe space for all, and to highlight the benefits to all organisations of doing this. I am beyond delighted to be a judge in 2023’s Workplace Wellbeing Awards, and cannot wait to hear about all the great things that have been implemented.
