Blessed to be working within the beauty industry for the past 24 years, this is not just a makeup business it is a feel-good business. Of course, I am commercially driven and competitive and do not balk at making tough decisions, but a business is nothing without its people.

I am passionate about creating learning and development programs that interest, inspire, and bring challenge to teams, enabling them to achieve their goals and career ambitions, coupled with finding opportunity for memorable moments that reward and recognise.
