Bryanna is Head of HR at Crystal Palace Football Club with a background in HR within motorsport. As well as driving the People department forward, Bryanna’s responsible for the Club’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Mental Health and Wellbeing strategy working closely with the Senior Leadership Team at CPFC to develop their culture of inclusivity.

In addition to her full time role, Bryanna is also Head of HR for a Manchester based charity called Manchester Women’s Empowerment Group (MWEG) who aim to empower women by providing support, guidance and opportunities to learn new skills and build self esteem.
