Hayley is passionate about unlocking the commercial advantage of a healthy workforce and an inclusive culture through an integrated process within business, and externally through social value delivery - to support a positive impact on society, the environment and the economy.

As an experienced Wellbeing Practitioner, Hayley has responsibility of developing and delivering EMCOR UK’s wellbeing strategy in accordance with ISO 45003 standardisation. Hayley is a CIPD 7 PgD Personnel and Development qualified, a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Human Resources (Hons), a qualified L3 Personal Trainer and currently completing a CPD diploma in Life Coaching and Mindfulness.
