Kasia is an accomplished Consultancy Services and Technology professional as wel as winner of WeAreTheCity’s Rising Star Editor’s Choice Award.

Kasia has 17 years of experience in the Recruit, Train and Deploy arena, which is known for bridging the gap between academia and the workplace by creating the next generation of IT and business professionals.

She is passionate about raising awareness on Neurodiversity and hidden disabilities, promoting diverse working environments and encouraging girls and women to join the technology industry.

She has worked with international FS clients to help them develop and build their strategic tech talent pipelines through the use of emerging talent programmes including future tech talent, women returners and Ex-Forces.

Shortlisted by Women in IT Summit & Awards Series for the 2023 Advocate of the Year, Kasia goes above and beyond her day job to Champion female talent. She is dedicated to finding career opportunities for junior females in tech, connecting them with mentors and offering her time and advice to advance their development whilst driving the DEI agenda in the community.
