Laura currently leads the People function for a HR Tech platform (Tempo) having spent recent years helping start-ups and scale-ups including WeWork and Ovo Energy succeed through attracting brilliant talent and providing a culture where people do their best work. Prior to this, Laura worked in larger corporates including BT, Tesco and Citi in Talent focused roles.

Laura is passionate about people functions taking a pro-active, value add approach that means a company stands out from competitors and achieves commercial advantage. This absolutely applies to the wellbeing space, a vital area to get right not just for employees to be happy and fulfilled - but also for businesses to benefit from employee high performance, engagement and retention (when they get this right).
