Mental Health Lead at Meta, has worked in health, safety and wellbeing for 17 years across multiple industries at a global level.At Meta Lauren co-leads the mental health strategy, benefits, and rescources Internationally. 

Previous to this role she supported strategy and delivered mental health training to companies including Nestle, Serco, ITV, Heathrow, The Telegraph, Mace, Astra Zenecca, and Eurostar upskilling the Board, incentivising and engaging employees, and creating centralised strategies for mental health stakeholders including HR, EHS and Risk.  Lauren is ex-editor of SHP online and is the co-writer of First Aid for Mental Health, a Highfield Qualification.
