Louise has a strong strategic background with professional skills in operational management, employee engagement, promotion of physical & mental wellbeing, organisational resilience, business transformation and change. Louise is a qualified Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health, with over twenty years’ experience of managing large scale health & wellbeing services across a wide variety of industries including Energy, Retail, Media Broadcasting and Catering.
