Michelle Murphy is Head of HR and Operations at both JMK Solicitors and CRASH Services.

Both companies with whom Michelle works successfully implemented a 4 day week in 2020. Michelle has acted as a mentor for the four day week pilot trial in the Republic of Ireland and assisted many companies making the transition to a four day working week.

Following a career in both commercial and general practice law, Michelle has been working as a HR professional for over ten years.

Michelle is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
