Currently working for one of the world’s leading paints and coatings company with responsibility for partnering with a number of business units across the UK&I; I aim to foster a culture of feedback and positive wellbeing, alongside working on future-proofing the organisation by inspiring, developing and sustaining our future talent pipeline. I am determined to empower our colleagues to have all of the tools and resources they need to be successful and engaged within the organisation where this takes a blended learning approach. Having seen the power that knowledge and understanding can bring, I also volunteer in my spare time at Pregnant then Screwed, a charity that focuses on supporting individuals who have been discriminated against in the workplace based on starting a family.
