Nalini Solanki
Nalini is passionate about customer experience. A Business Insight Manager, and Chair of the employee Neurodiversity Network, Nalini leads the agenda on neurodiversity at L&G. The workplace is a minefield of invisible barriers that make it hard for neurodivergent talent to progress.
With performance judged by how far we deviate from neurotypical standards, Nalini felt compelled to change the way we measure success.
Recognising challenges emerging neurodivergent talent face, Nalini created L&G’s first work experience programme for neurodivergent young adults aged 16 to 30, offering an insight into careers in finance, with coaching in confidence, CV writing, interview and networking skills. Nalini has ADHD, 2 of her 3 children also have ADHD.
